Ok this page is about me the webmaster here. First my name is Joel Fuller as you see it in the Copyright on pages. Ok now I am a person with a disability here. I have a speech disability that makes it hard for others to understand me at times.

Now there may be times when I might say and/do something that I might come across as being disrespectful to someone. Now PLEASE don't jump to conclusions here and misjudge me or falsely accuse me of doing something and/or of saying something that I am NOT doing and/or have never meant. See I may say and/or do something at times that maynot be apporiate or nice and if I do then I am VERY SORRY about it as it is just the way I am and a part of my disablitity here.

So in another words I cannot help but be the way that I am here. And NO that is NOT a excuse for just having bad manners. I really DO NOT hae any bad manners, now I may have some bad habits, but that is NOT the same thing. It really is what I see as the turth and that is what counts here after all is the truth.

So don't YOU dare have the gall to punish me here for something that I maynot can help and for being a certain way here. I could say that that is discrimination and as you should know that IS against the law. See I know the law too.

So unless you want BIG trouble out there. DO NOT under any terms mess around with someone with a disability and you could end up feeling or being sorry. And I DO have a legal right to MY opinions as that IS called Freedom of Speech of which is protected by the LAW. Which is the First Amendment as you should already know.

Also because I do have a speech problem here I have had people look at me like I am stupid or something and I tell them that they may be the ones that is stupid. See I tell it like it is here and I call things as I see them. I guess you could say that I am outspoken here and a self-advocate too as well as a advocate for other people too. So if you don't like that. Then that is just TOO bad.

So I could either be on your side for you or against you. So it is up to YOU as to which side you would wany me on here. It would be better to have me on your side rather than have me against you here. Another words I would rather be your friend rather than your enemy.

Also I have been reading and studying about computers since in the 1970s or I believe maybe in the 1960s to some degree. Also I have read some about the internet as well as hear and saw some things on the tv about it also.

So for the most part I am self taught. I learned about html that is the language that they use to make webpages like how I am doing this web page here.

Now I had started out doing html in my webtv.net email and then I started my first website at geocities before yahoo bought them out. You can see it here, Artomcat1s' Homepage on geocities

Then in the spring of 2002 when yahoo-geocities had said that they were going to quit offering ftp access with the free service on there. Since I already have a lycos user name, I signed up at angelfire.com and moved my site over to angelfire and got my pages changed up to where they would all work on angelfire since they do still offer ftp access with their free service.
